Tasting note: This is a well-structured Champagne that has a pale yellow, almost clear colour with fine bead with a classical pinot noir aroma showing notes of flowers. The well balanced palate is both long and lingering, while the finish is elegant and harmonious.

Food recommendation: Drink on its own or with light nibbles.
