Louis Roederer Rose Brut 2007 in Gift Box

Louis Roederer is one of the few Houses that still use maceration on skins, a method by which Pinot Noir grapes are left to macerate on the press for several hours to extract more fruit and colour. This champagne is soft pink in colour with orangey nuances. Dynamic, creamy bubbles with a long lasting flow.
