Shipping & Returns

We offer free next day delivery for any purchase of $500 or more. There is a $70 delivery charge on orders of less than $500.

We deliver from Monday to Saturday, except for public holidays.

We accept Visa, MasterCard or PayPal online. If you have ordered COD, customers are required to pay cash or cheque upon delivery. Alternatively, you are welcome to transfer the invoice amount into our bank account by the internet or ATM, then fax the receipt to us. Our bank account details and fax number are as follows:

Please note that we usually need up to 48 hours notice for deliveries to Discovery Bay, Tung Chung and Hong Kong International Airport.

Shipping to Macau and mainland China is now available. Orders will be dispatched next day by Hong Kong Speedpost. Please note that customers are required to pay any taxes or duties charged by the Macau/Chinese Customs and Excise.
